Space booking requests and cancellations

• Sending the booking form is a request. It is not a booking until we confirm it by email.
• No payment is taken on this website at the moment.
• We may decline a request, for example if the space is not available at that time.
• If you need to cancel or change a request or a confirmed booking, please tell us as early as possible using the contact form, quoting your booking reference.
• If we have to cancel a confirmed booking, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer another time where possible.
