What we collect: details you submit in forms (name, email, phone, message, booking or application details) event sign-ups and affiliate applications, and, only if you accept, anonymous analytics.

Cookies and similar storage:

• Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so we don't ask again.
• Analytics (only if you click “Accept analytics”): we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. If you choose “Essential only”, it is not loaded.
• Referral cookie (cq_ref): if you arrive through an affiliate's referral link (/r/…), we set a first-party cookie for 30 days holding that affiliate's code, so sign-ups you make can be credited to them. We also count the click (the code and page only, no personal details).
• Admin sign-in cookie: used only by CQ staff signing in to the admin area.

Why: to respond to enquiries, booking requests and applications (legitimate interests / steps before a contract) and to send the newsletter if you sign up (consent).

Retention, your rights and contact: to be confirmed. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data.
